4. Business Listings
- Businesses listed on Verly do not pay to appear—visibility is based on customer feedback and community trust.
- Businesses may choose to upgrade for additional features (e.g. analytics, badges, tools), but these upgrades do not influence public rankings.
- We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any business account for misuse or violations.
5. Takedown and Moderation
- If you believe a review is unfair or false, you may request a review or takedown.
- We aim to resolve disputes fairly, based on evidence and our moderation guidelines.
- Our decisions are final, but we strive to be transparent.
6. Limits of Liability
- The information and services on Verly are provided without any warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
